Martin Haring

Martin Haring has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Martin is currently working as the Sales Director EMEA at EFFECT Photonics since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at marhar productions from 2020 to 2021 as a Sales Business Development Consultant, providing training and guidance to start-ups in their commercial set-up and structures. Before that, they had a long tenure at Ericsson starting in 2002, where they held various positions including Director Strategic Engagements and Sales & Business Development Director. In these roles, they were involved in introducing new business models, supporting customer units, and creating complex 3rd party supply and partnership agreements.

Martin Haring holds a MscBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Tilburg University. Prior to this, they attended Elzendaal College Boxmeer, where they pursued V.W.O. / Atheneum education.
