Mark Horgan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mark is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at eGain Corporation, a position they started in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle from 2016 to 2021. At Oracle, they held various roles including Consulting Sales Manager - Inside Sales from March 2019 to April 2021, Customer Success Manager and Team Lead for ERP Cloud Solutions from September 2017 to March 2019, and ERP Customer Success Manager from August 2016 to September 2017.
