Christian Hansen

Christian Hansen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Christian currently serves as the Head of Customer Care, Inside Sales, Logistics, and Service Operations at Egret since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Team Lead Sales at FFG Finanzcheck Finanzportale GmbH from November 2018 to February 2022.

Christian also has experience in customer service, inside sales, and technical services management. Christian worked as a Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technical Services Manager MF&PS at Johnson Controls from June 2017 to October 2018.

Christian has also held leadership positions in the gaming industry. Christian was the Vice President Service Operations at gamigo AG from March 2014 to May 2017, and previously served as the Lead CRM Project & Campaign Manager at Bigpoint GmbH from October 2010 to February 2014.

Additionally, Christian has experience as a member of the Games Europe CX Guild from August 2015 to May 2017 and as the Deputy Management Organization at Intra Chem Trading GmbH from January 2009 to September 2010.

Christian Hansen has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2005, they attended the Hanseatische Akademie für Marketing + Medien for Communication Design Studies. Then, in 2007 to 2009, they pursued training as an Office Administrator at Intra Chem Trading GmbH.

In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained the following: in January 2018, they completed a customized training session on selecting the right couplings from TechXchange; in March 2012, they acquired the Leadership for Leads certification from EGGERS & PARTNER; in November 2011, they obtained the Projektmanagement - Projekte planen und erfolgreich umsetzen certification, also from EGGERS & PARTNER; and in January 2009, they became a state-recognized Bürokaufmann through the Handelskammer Hamburg.

Moreover, Christian has achieved ongoing professional certifications. Christian completed regular insurance training at the GOING PUBLIC! Akademie für Finanzberatung AG in October 2019 and June 2021. Christian also obtained the IDD-Workshop - permanente Weiterbildung certification from the same institution in October 2019. Additionally, they completed the Versicherungsfachmann Sachkundeschulung für Führungskräfte certification at the same academy in December 2018.

Christian'smost recent certifications include being an Ausbildung zum Brandschutzhelfer from Active Helper in July 2022 and acquiring the KMK-Stufe II Englisch für Bürokaufmann certification from Staatl. Handelsschule City Nord in June 2008.
