Carrie Hart

Carrie Hart, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources spanning over two decades. Carrie currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at EIG, a position they assumed in August 2022. Prior to joining EIG, Carrie was the Director of Human Resources at Cartica Management, LLC, where they worked from November 2018 to August 2022. Carrie also served as the Regional Director of Human Resources at B. Riley FBR, Inc. from June 2005 to November 2018. Carrie started their career as a Recruiter at Acsys in April 2004 before moving on to become the Loan Accounting Manager at Sallie Mae from November 1999 to April 2004.

Carrie Hart, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Carrie also has additional certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
