Charlene Young

Charlene Young's work experience begins with their current position as the Head of People & Culture at Eight Wealth Management Ltd, starting in July 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Business Operations Associate Manager from October 2018 to April 2019, and at Certus Solutions as an HR Manager from June 2014 to April 2019. In addition, they have had roles at The Innovation Group, Flagship Training Limited, The Innovation Group (again), and Manpower UK, spanning from 2000 to 2014.

Charlene Young has a BA (HONS) in Human Resource Management from Solent University, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Charlene also holds a Post Grad Dip in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth, earned from 2001 to 2003.
