Vishesh Dahinwal

Vishesh Dahinwal is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Eightfold since December 2023. Prior to this role, Vishesh held positions in various organizations, including Engineering at Gabit and Director of Engineering at Dunzo, where significant contributions included scaling the engineering team to support 1 million+ monthly orders. As Co-Founder and CTO of Noticeboard, Vishesh developed a communication platform for frontline teams, addressing critical gaps in logistics and operations. Vishesh's earlier experience includes noteworthy roles at Myntra, Jabong, findAcco.in, and GlobalLogic, where responsibilities spanned product management, operations, and software development, leading teams of up to 1,800 members and managing significant budgetary challenges.
