Jessica Sansom currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at EIT Food, leading initiatives aimed at advancing a healthy and sustainable food system since February 2025. Previously, Jessica was the Sustainability Director at Huel from March 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a sustainable nutrition strategy, community programs, and influencing policies for sustainable food systems. Jessica has an extensive background in sustainability, having held various leadership roles at innocent drinks, McDonald's Corporation, the Institute for Sustainable Futures, ERM, the Australian Government, and the National Farmers' Federation. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Law from The Australian National University.
