Brynn Cullen

Brynn Cullen's work experience has mainly been in the field of talent acquisition and management. Brynn currently holds the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at EL Education, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Elevate Charter Schools as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Management from May 2023 to December 2023.

Before joining Elevate Charter Schools, Brynn worked at Achievement First, where they held various positions including Acting Director, Selection + Operations and Data, Interim Co-Team Lead and Director, School Leader Recruitment and Rhode Island Talent Acquisition, Associate Director, School Leader Recruitment, Early Career Leadership Program Member, Senior Associate, School Leader Recruitment (CT/RI), and Talent Partner. In these roles, they managed recruitment processes, implemented diversity initiatives, and oversaw recruitment teams.

Brynn also has experience in the field of education, having worked as an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Achievement First and a 4th Grade Teacher at Excel Academy Public Charter School.

Prior to their work in the education sector, Brynn had roles at Kaplan as the UConn Law Head Representative and at the ACLU as a Legal Intern. Brynn also had internships at the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut, the Connecticut General Assembly, and the University of Connecticut School of Law - Mediation Clinic.

Throughout their career, Brynn has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive recruitment and talent management efforts.

Brynn Cullen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and German at Ohio Northern University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Taxation at the University of Connecticut School of Law from 2010 to 2012.
