Cat Paterson

Cat Paterson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner for EMEA at Elastic, Cat has previously held key roles such as Director of People and Talent (Interim) at Bloom & Wild and Head of HR, EMEA at an undisclosed company. Additional experience includes working as HRBP Director for EMEA Go-To-Market Functions at ServiceNow. Cat Paterson also took a career break before continuing in the HR field. Educationally, Cat holds a BA Hons degree in Communications and History of Art from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
