Jorge Hernandez

Jorge Hernandez is a seasoned operations and product development executive with over two decades of experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations and Product Development at Electronic Arts (EA) since July 2002, Jorge has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving development standards across EA's portfolio. Previous roles at EA include Director of Product Development for EA World Wide Studios Operations and Senior Development Director for both EA Sports Portfolio Management and operations as well as for EA World Wide Studio Operations. Prior to EA, Jorge held the position of Studio Director/Department Head at Retro Studios, where foundational contributions were made to the CG/Content department. Jorge began a career in production and development management at Acclaim Entertainment. An Auburn University graduate with a BS in Architecture, Jorge combines a strong educational background with extensive industry expertise.
