Lucas Verardi

Lucas Verardi has a work experience that spans from 2009 to the present. Lucas is currently the Head of Insurance Controlling at ELEMENT Insurance AG, a position they started in February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Zurich Santander Insurance America from 2015 to 2021, where they held the roles of Head of Planning and Performance Management and Regional Business Performance Manager. Before joining Zurich Santander, Lucas worked at Zurich International- Isle of Man from 2009 to 2015, where they held the positions of Finance Business Partner, Senior PPM Analyst, and Analista de planeamiento Sr.
