Kailash Karthik Saravanakumar

Kailash Karthik Saravanakumar is a Research Scientist at Elemental Cognition. Previously, Kailash was a Professional Development and Leadership Fellow at Columbia University and a Research Assistant working on cross-lingual summarization for low resource languages. As an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon Web Services, Kailash focused on representation learning and clustering of text documents. With experience as a Research Engineer at Goldman Sachs, Kailash engineered systems for understanding financial documents and devised strategies for document modeling. Kailash holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology.
