Debbie Costabile Zdanowski has a wealth of experience in customer support and management roles in the technology and chemical industries. Debbie began their career at Ciba-Geigy Corporation in 1977, where they held various positions and gained expertise in SAP implementation and corporate compliance. In 1995, they joined Ciba Specialty Chemicals as an Sr. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Consultant, where they installed and maintained EDI software applications and implemented customer-based EDI projects. Debbie then transitioned to a managerial role as the Manager of eCommerce Americas, where they developed and supported a global eCommerce software suite and managed the Americas eCommerce team.

In 2008, Debbie embarked on a career at Elemica, starting as a Supervisor in Global Customer Support and eventually progressing to Director, Global Customer Support and Change Management. In these roles, they oversaw technical support for Elemica's logistics, order management, procurement, and supply chain applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing support strategies. Debbie also designed and developed customer-facing and internal reports.

In addition, Debbie has experience as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, where they sold Mary Kay skincare and cosmetics products and hosted classes to provide information about best practices.

Throughout their career, Debbie has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Debbie Costabile Zdanowski attended Ardsley High School, where they completed their secondary education. After high school, Debbie went on to attend Mercy College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Accounting. Following their time at Mercy College, they pursued further education at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Chemistry.
