Nicola Smith

Nicola Smith is the VP, Legal, Data & Compliance and Global Head of People at Elephant Healthcare. Nicola has a wealth of experience in legal work, having worked as a Senior Associate at Forsters LLP, a Legal Consultant at TLT Solicitors, and a Senior Legal Officer, General Litigation and Dispute Resolution at the NSW Department of Family & Community Services – Business Services (formerly NSW Businesslink). Nicola also has experience working as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and as a Solicitor at DLA Piper.

Nicola Smith has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Communications from the same school. Nicola also spent a semester as an exchange student at the University of Westminster.
