Umesh Johari

Umesh Johari began their work experience in 2004 as an intern at Yahoo. Umesh then worked at Analysis Group as a Senior Analyst from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group before transitioning to a Consultant role at the same company from 2011 to 2012. Umesh joined the San Francisco 49ers in 2013 and held various roles, including Business Operations Analyst, Business Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics, Director of Business Strategy & Analytics, and Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics. In 2019, they joined Elevate Sports Ventures as the Director of Business Strategy and later became the Vice President of Business Strategy in 2021. In the same year, they also assumed the role of Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics at the San Francisco 49ers, where they are currently working.

Umesh Johari's education history begins with their high school years at Andrew Hill High School, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. After graduating from high school, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics and Creative Writing at the University of Southern California, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. In 2001, they briefly attended New York University, focusing on Film Production. Following their undergraduate studies, Umesh enrolled in the Queen Mary University of London in 2004, primarily studying Economics and English; however, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution. Umesh'seducational journey continued at The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance from 2009 to 2011.
