Damon Phillips

Damon Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Damon currently works as a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Alliances at Eliassen Group, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Strategic Advisor at Riphean Investments starting in May 2023.

Earlier in their career, Damon held various leadership positions at ZP Group, starting as a Vice President in July 2021 and leaving in April 2023. During their time at ZP Group, they oversaw and managed a team of Business Development Executives and Delivery Managers, achieved significant revenue growth, and spearheaded efforts to create a Mentor-Protégé relationship with a Women-owned Small-Business.

Before joining ZP Group, Damon worked at Apex Systems for over 16 years. Damon'sroles at Apex Systems included Executive Managing Director, Senior Managing Director, and Lead Account Executive. In these positions, they focused on strategic alliance formation, customer support in the federal space, and business-to-business sales.

In addition to their corporate experience, Damon served as a member of the Board of Directors for Gwyneth's Gift Foundation from June 2015 to January 2021. The foundation aims to raise awareness and education about CPR and automated external defibrillators.

Damon Phillips attended McLean High School from 1994 to 1998. Damon then went on to James Madison University and received a B.S. in Management from 1998 to 2002.
