Leah Hustad

Leah Hustad has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leah currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Eliassen Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Curebase as the Director of Site Operations, where they oversaw administrative, clinical, and operational functions while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining quality standards. At Vault Health, they served as an Associate Project Director and later as a Clinical Trial Program Manager. Leah'sresponsibilities included managing contractual deliverables, supporting cross-functional teams, and executing contract modifications for projects. Leah also worked as a Trauma Research Project Manager at Sanford Health, where they supervised the Trauma Research Program and volunteered as a project manager for a multi-state, multi-site COVID study. Additionally, they have experience as a Co-Owner at Hustad Wealth Management, a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Lillestol Research, and an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator at Sanford Health. Leah began their career at Mayo Clinic as an Orthopedic Oncology Laboratory Manager.

Leah Hustad attended NDSU from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Microbiology. Leah has also obtained additional certifications including a Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian and a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
