Jan Fledelius

Jan Fledelius has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, Fledelius worked at Novo Nordisk as a Trainee and later as a Management Assistant. From 2008 to 2013, Fledelius worked as a Partner and Management Consultant at fledelius plum a/s. In 2013, Fledelius returned to Novo Nordisk as a Change & Communications Partner and later as a Global HR Project Manager. In 2017, Fledelius joined Scandinavian Tobacco Group as a Senior HR Manager, Global HR Business Partner, and subsequently took on roles as Director, Strategic HR Business Partner & Head of HR for different divisions within the company. In 2021, Fledelius transitioned to LEO Pharma as the Director, Head of People Business Partnering, Corporate Functions. Currently, Fledelius holds the position of Vice President, Global People, Organisation & Communications at Ellab - Validation & Monitoring Solutions since 2022.

Jan Fledelius completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Aarhus University from 2012 to 2015. In 2020, Jan participated in an executive education program at The Wharton School, focusing on HR Management and Analytics. Jan also earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration, Strategy & Management from De Montfort University between 2010 and 2011. In 2007, Jan obtained an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in International Business & Marketing from Niels Brock. Additionally, Jan attended an executive education program at Columbia Business School with a focus on Strategy in 2007. Jan has obtained several certifications, including being a Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2020, a PI Practitioner from The Predictive Index in 2018, and PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications from APMG-International in 2015.
