Kaitlyn Dight

Kaitlyn Dight has worked at Ellevation Education since 2022 as a Campus Engagement Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2010 to 2022. At Fairfax County Public Schools, they held two roles: Instructor and Educational Trainer. As an Instructor, they adapted and tailored course curriculum materials, created custom curriculum materials, and delivered training using various techniques. As an Educational Trainer, they led the creation of curriculum resources, guided training and instruction for all departments, and coached staff to increase productivity.

Kaitlyn Dight earned a Master of Education - MEd degree in Math Leadership from George Mason University, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science - BS in Elementary Education and Teaching at Western Michigan University, attending from 2002 to 2007. Kaitlyn also obtained a Teacher, Classroom certification from the Virginia Department of Education in June 2017.
