Caroline Gil

Caroline Gil has a diverse work experience in various roles related to engagement, inclusion, and customer support. Caroline is currently working as an Engagement & Inclusion Director at EmblemHealth. Prior to this, they worked as a Culture & Inclusion Manager at Focus Brands LLC.

Caroline also has significant experience working at Delta Air Lines, where they held multiple roles. Caroline served as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Coordinator, an Employee Engagement Coordinator, a Team Lead in Reservations, a Community Engagement Project Manager, a Customer Experience Supervisor, and a Sales & Services Specialist.

Their responsibilities included providing guidance and support to employees, improving customer experience, managing non-profit partnerships, coordinating employee engagement projects, and maximizing profitability.

Caroline Gil has a diverse education history. Caroline obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University in 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Business, Economics & Policy, and a minor in Business Law from Kennesaw State University from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they attended Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2022, Caroline attended The University of Georgia, where they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate. Currently, Caroline is pursuing a degree in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, expected to be completed in 2023.
