Jake Williams

Jake Williams has extensive work experience in various leadership and business development roles. Jake is currently the Vice President of Business Development for North America at Embraer. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development for Communications Systems at L3Harris Technologies, where they led a global team and was responsible for delivering secure communication networks. Jake also had their own business, JAGID Management & Southern Iowa Beef Supply, where they focused on knowledge and built a strong culture based on values. Jake has held director positions at TrellisWare Technologies and Astronautics Corporation of America, where they focused on international business development. Earlier in their career, Jake worked at Harris Corporation as a Major Account Manager and International Program Manager, and at Rockwell Collins as a Program Manager. Jake started their career as a Station Agent Supervisor at American Eagle Airlines.

Jake Williams attended the University of Iowa from 2000 to 2005 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies & Business, with a focus on International Studies and Business. After completing their undergraduate studies, Jake continued at the University of Iowa and obtained a B.A in International Studies and International Business. Jake also holds a certification as a Private Pilot from the FAA, obtained in 2007.
