Francesca Norte has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Francesca started their professional journey as a Part-Time Worker at The Wendy's Company from September 2011 to February 2013. Francesca then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Continental Currency Exchange from January 2018 to January 2019, where they gained experience in compliance and large sum transactions.

In 2017, Francesca became the Lead Event Coordinator at the Filipino Canadian Students' Association (FILCASA), where they successfully planned and executed a gala event for 180 guests. Francesca collaborated with different vendors, coordinated volunteers, sponsors, and performers, and played a significant role in budgeting and social media marketing.

From 2018 to 2019, Francesca worked as a Business Development Representative at Trend Hunter, where they achieved lead generation targets and contributed to sales pipeline growth. Francesca then transitioned to the role of a Client Success Strategist, managing and servicing a book of business worth $700k and working with key enterprise and SME clients.

Francesca joined Emburse in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager II for the Abacus brand, the top mid-market expense reporting software. Francesca later advanced to a Customer Success Manager III for Emburse Chrome River, where they managed a $5mil book of business consisting of 119 Canadian accounts. Their responsibilities included working cross-functionally with various teams to support customer needs.

Throughout their career, Francesca has demonstrated strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Francesca is experienced in managing accounts, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Francesca Norte attended Ursuline College Chatham from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2017, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science.
