Michael MacDougall

Michael MacDougall is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EMD Serono.

In this role, he oversees legal affairs across the company, and provides strategic and comprehensive legal and business support.

Prior to his current role, Mike served as Associate General Counsel for Commercial in the company's global headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany where he led and managed the legal team supporting the company's Global Business Franchises. He first came to EMD Serono in 2007 as Associate General Counsel for Commercial Operations.

Mike has more than twenty years of both in-house and law firm professional experience. He started his career in private practice at Sullivan & Worcester LLP in Boston.

Mike holds a JD from Boston College Law School.
