Sivasankari Sankaran

Sivasankari Sankaran has over 15 years of experience in human resources and management roles. Sivasankari is currently the Head of HR - India at EMIS, where they are responsible for all HR initiatives in India and serves as a member of the POSH Committee. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Teleperformance India, overseeing a team of 11 and handling multiple verticals of business. Sivasankari also served as a Deputy Manager at Wipro BPS, where they were responsible for resource utilization and optimization. Earlier in their career, Sivasankari worked as an HR Generalist at TCS, where they served as a single point of contact for employee queries and managed various HR functions. Sivasankari also gained experience as a Business Analyst and Senior Process Associate at TCS e-Serve International Ltd., where they analyzed business trends and generated reports for senior management. Sivasankari began their career as a Sales Executive at The Raintree hotel, where they focused on building a database and establishing business relationships.

Sivasankari Sankaran began their education in 2002 at the University of Madras, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Sivasankari then attended Canan School of Catering and Hotel Management from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management (DHICM). In 2006, they enrolled at LIBA and completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations in 2009.

Additionally, Sivasankari Sankaran has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they received the Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Sivasankari also has various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" and "Key Mental Shifts for Servant Leadership" obtained in November 2022. In February 2023, they obtained the "Coaching Professional" certification from Instep UK Ltd., and in June 2023, they completed courses on "Building a Stellar Employee Experience" and "Finding Your Leadership Purpose with Doug Conant" from LinkedIn.
