Becky Marson

Becky Marson, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People and Performance Officer at Emmes Group, where accountability encompasses a global HR team and the HR, Internal Communications, and ESG/DEIA/CSR functions for approximately 1,600 associates. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Ingersoll Rand, where oversight extended to HR and M&A for 6,600 employees, and Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Community Brands, leading a team responsible for HR functions supporting 2,000 associates. Marson's experience also includes significant leadership positions at Conrex, Blackbaud, Danaher Corporation, Eli Lilly and Company, and Citi, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across diverse industries. Marson holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
