Kevin Guico

Kevin Guico is a skilled professional with extensive experience in education, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as a background in music. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Empower Schools since February 2020, Kevin focuses on project management, professional development, and organizational DEI strategies. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Learning and Development Manager at City Year Dallas, where responsibilities included developing training for AmeriCorps members and co-founding DEIB initiatives. Additional roles include being an English teacher, music instructor, and freelance musician, showcasing a diverse skill set in both educational and artistic fields. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Management from the University of the Pacific.
