Chris Markus

Chris Markus has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy and healthcare. Chris has worked as a Clinical Director at EmpowerMe Wellness since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Clinical Director at PT Solutions Physical Therapy from 2022 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Chris served as a Clinical Quality Evaluator at American Specialty Health, where they performed clinical quality reviews and medical necessity verification. Chris also has experience as a Staff Physical Therapist at Athletico and Orthoindy, where they worked with orthopedic physicians and provided various types of care. Additionally, they were a Therapy Case Manager at Tendercare Home Health Services, overseeing a team of therapists. In their earlier career, Chris worked as a Staff Physical Therapist at Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital and St. John's Health System, and as a Staff Physical Therapist at American Health Network, they provided outpatient care and collaborated with different physician groups. Lastly, Chris founded and operated their own physical therapy clinic called Body One Physical Therapy for almost a decade.
