Sebastian Roth

Sebastian Roth has a diverse background in data science, economics, and finance. Sebastian has worked for Emyria since 2020, in roles including Behavioral Economist, Data Lead, Data Scientist, and Researcher. In 2021, they joined Emerald Clinics as a Data Lead. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Researcher in Economic Research, a participant in the iPREP WA 2020 Industry and PhD Research Engagement Program, a Doctoral Candidate, and a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Preliminary Program participant at The University of Western Australia. In 2021, they joined Palantir Technologies as a participant in the Foundry for Builders Program. In 2020, they were a Data Scientist and Researcher at Emerald Clinics, an iPREP WA Program participant at Edith Cowan University, and an iPREP Biodesign Program participant at Perth Biodesign. Sebastian Roth obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Accounting from Curtin University between 2006 and 2009. Sebastian then completed a Master's degree in Finance from Curtin University in 2009 and 2010. Following this, they completed the CPA Program from CPA Australia in 2009 and 2010. Sebastian then obtained a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The University of Western Australia in 2013 and 2014. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from The University of Western Australia between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) certification from CPA Australia in October 2020.
