Hammad Gadit has a diverse work experience. Hammad has held various roles in different organizations. Hammad was the Co-Chair of the Constitutional Advisory Board at Trinity College Meeting - Student Government. Hammad served as the Munk Undergraduate Symposium Treasurer at the University of Toronto - Public Policy at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. Hammad was the Vice President of Operations at Enactus. Hammad also worked as a Business Analysis & Risk Management Associate at Razzaq Associates, where they conducted employee interviews, addressed operational inefficiencies, and enhanced communication channels. Hammad was a Founding Member of altX, where they taught A-level Economics to over 600 students. Hammad founded and led Nestling Freedom, an NGO dedicated to preserving avian species. Hammad also founded and served as the CEO of Econoxe, a startup aimed at bridging the information gap in the stock market. Additionally, they founded and served as the CEO of Nitoxi, a company that developed a COVID-19 test. Hammad worked as an Economics Teaching Assistant at Nixor College and was the Chief Financial Officer at Nixor Engineering Research and Development.

Hammad Gadit pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Public Policy and Computer Science from the University of Toronto and the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College from 2022 to 2026. Hammad also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy during the same period. Prior to that, they completed A Levels in Physics, Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English General Paper at Nixor College from 2020 to 2022. Hammad also earned a General Certificate of Secondary Education from Nixor O Levels in 2020, where they studied subjects such as Economics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, English, Urdu, Islamiat, and Pakistan Studies. Additionally, they have acquired certifications from various institutions, including the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Ten Thousand Coffees, and Coursera.
