Kirt Haden

Kirt Haden has extensive experience in the software engineering field. Kirt is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Encodia, Inc. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Software Engineering at Mesa Biotech, Inc. and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Kirt also worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Quidel and as the Director of Software Development at Sequencing Biotech. Earlier in their career, Kirt worked as the Director of Software at Retail Inkjet Solutions, Inc. and BioNano Genomics, Inc., where they provided guidance on software development for instrument and analysis purposes. Kirt also held positions at Illumina, Genoptix, and Optimag, where they worked on various software engineering projects.

Kirt Haden earned a BSChe degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware from 1980 to 1984. Kirt then pursued an MS-ENG degree in Software Design from Penn State Great Valley from 1985 to 1989.
