Paul Southwick

Paul Southwick has over 25 years of experience in the broadcasting industry. Paul started as a Hub Operations Manager at Gray Television in 1994, where they managed a multi-station multi-stream broadcasting hub and supervised staff. Paul also handled the delivery of syndicated shows, live events, and specials. In 2019, they became a TMP Supervisor at the same company before transitioning to become the Director of Broadcast Video Distribution in 2022. In 2020, they joined Circle Media as the Broadcar Operations Manager. Currently, Paul is the Senior Director of Multi Channel Operations at Encompass Digital Media, Inc., a position they have held since 2023.

Paul Southwick completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Media at the University of Cincinnati from 1991 to 1994.
