David Casto

David Casto began their work experience in 1995 as a Claims Manager at USF & G Insurance Company. David then transitioned to the role of Manager, Safety and Loss Control at the WV Workers Compensation Commission in 1998. In 2006, they joined Encova Insurance as the Senior Vice President Energy, North and Safety Operations, where they are currently employed.

David Casto completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Marshall University in 1992. David then pursued a Master of Science Degree in Safety and Occupational Health from the same university, which they successfully completed in 1993.
