Lynn Perry has over 30 years of experience in human resources and people development. Lynn is currently the Chief People Officer at END., where they focus on developing the people strategy to support business growth and create a positive work environment. Prior to this, Lynn held various roles at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group), including Head of People Transformation and Head of HR, where they led change projects and provided HR operations support. Lynn also has experience in the transportation industry, having served as the Group HR Executive at Arriva Group. Lynn began their career as an HR Officer at Reg Vardy plc and has held HR management positions at Silentnight Furniture and ScS Upholstery plc. Throughout their career, Lynn has demonstrated expertise in leadership and culture development, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Lynn Perry's education history begins in 1994 when they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (CIPD) from the University of Sunderland. In 1999, they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Management from The University of Salford. Following this, Lynn Perry earned an MA degree in HRM from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2002. In 2016, they attended the NeuroLeadership Institute and earned a certificate in the Foundation of NeuroLeadership, focusing on Neuroscience and behavior. Lynn Perry then pursued further education in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, completing a Level 5 degree from the Chartered Management Institute in 2018 and a Level 7 degree in 2019 from the same institution.
