Emily Tansuwan

Emily Tansuwan, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning from academia to corporate consulting. Emily began their career as a Research Director and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California. Emily then transitioned into roles that focused on organizational transformation and change management at Infosys Consulting and EY. Emily worked as a Program Manager at Uber, overseeing new hire engagement and strategic HR initiatives. Emily also held positions at Oliver Wyman and The SIX, where they led teams in digital innovation and design thinking. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director, Strategy & Chief of Staff at Endpoint Clinical, a provider of interactive response technology systems for the life sciences industry.

Emily Tansuwan earned their B.A. in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Emily later pursued their Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at USC Marshall School of Business.
