Nilesh Phanse

Nilesh Phanse is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management. With experience at reputable companies such as Bosch India, ZF Group, and currently at Endurance Technologies Ltd., Nilesh has continuously held key leadership positions. Nilesh began their career at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, specializing in tooling engineering. Nilesh holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Mumbai, following their Bachelor of Engineering in Production.
