Arthur Rivas

Arthur Rivas is an experienced development engineer with a strong background in energy conservation and facility improvement projects. Since January 2017, Arthur has led the development of over $160 million in energy conservation measures for military customers at Energy Systems Group. Prior roles include Solutions Development Engineer at Sodexo, where Arthur optimized energy savings projects for various sectors, and Energy Solutions Development Engineer at Johnson Controls, where significant projects totaling $72 million were developed. Earlier career highlights include project management at the University of Texas at Austin, where Arthur received an Outstanding Staff Award, and substantial engineering roles at General Electric and CH2M Hill IDC, focused on mechanical design and facility upgrades. Arthur holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
