Jari Leppäalho has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jari is currently working at Enersense International Oyj as the Head of Management System, Quality & Safety. In this role, they have responsibilities for managing the company's ERP implementation project and overseeing process development, quality, and safety within the group. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Process Development at Enersense Group.
Before joining Enersense, Jari worked at Empower group, where they held the role of Head of Process Development, Safety & Sustainability. In addition to process development and quality responsibilities, they were also responsible for safety, environment, and sustainability in the group from 2020 onwards. Jari also served as the Vice President of the Telecom Network Division, leading development and product group management. Jari's previous roles at Empower include Tuotantojohtaja (Production Manager) at the Tietoverkkodivisioona (Telecom Network Division) and Projektijohtaja (Project Manager).
Jari began their career at Empower Oy as an Aluepäällikkö (Regional Manager) and later became the Aluejohtaja (Regional Director). In these roles, they were responsible for the management of telecommunications and electrical contracting services in the region.
Prior to their roles at Empower, they worked at Daxtum Oy as the Kehityspäällikkö (Development Manager).

Jari Leppäalho earned a DI degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology between 2001 and 2006.
