Alex Morris

As EngenderHealth’s Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Alex is responsible for directing and managing the global HR vision, mission, and strategy. He leads human capital initiatives and champions employee engagement and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to strengthen organizational culture. Alex brings over 25 years of experience in HR, including more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, with expertise in large-scale human capital projects; diversity, equity, and inclusion; organizational and leadership development; employee and labor relations; and change management. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, Alex served as Chief People Officer at Edelman Global Advisory and served in a senior leadership role at Save the Children US. He has also served in HR roles for government agencies, health systems, and technology firms.

Alex earned a BS degree in Business & Administration from Bowie State University.
