Haicheng Ling's work experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at Enogrid starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research and Development Intern at Schneider Electric from February 2020 to August 2020. haicheng also served as the Regional Director at UCECF from January 2018 to January 2020. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant Engineer Intern at GREAT Engineering from June 2019 to September 2019.

Haicheng Ling completed a Master's degree in Automatic intelligent system from Grenoble INP - Ense3, which spanned from 2017 to 2020.
