Claudia Novelo Fragoso

Claudia Novelo Fragoso has over a decade of work experience. In 2019, they joined Enso Fintech as Chief Compliance Officer, where they created and formed the Compliance Area, coordinated between different areas to deliver documentation to CNBV to operate as an Electronic Payment Fund Institution, and coordinated with the product area to implement various regulatory projects. Claudia also served as Project Management Director and Service Owner. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Banco del Ahorro Nacional y Servicios Financieros BANSEFI as Subdirector of Banking Products Operation, where they analyzed the impact of changes in applicable regulations, requested adjustments to systems that interfere with processes, and analyzed the operation scheme of new products. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Fundación Dondé Banco as Leader of Product Development, where they updated the document control of the Product Development Direction for credit, collection and service products for bank and pawn branches, coordinated with the institution's areas for the preparation of requirements, use cases, and the development and execution of test matrices for the launch of banking and pawn products, and monitored the website for the update of banking and pawn product information. Claudia also served as Product Development Specialist, Product Specialist, Credit Analyst, Buyer, and Assistant of Mobilization.

Claudia Novelo Fragoso obtained their Contador Público degree from the Facultad de Contaduría y Administración, UADY between 2006 and 2011. In 2013, they began their Maestría en Administración de Negocios at Universidad Tecmilenio, with a focus on Área de Calidad y Productividad, which they completed in 2015. In May 2015, they also obtained their Green Belt certification from Six Sigma.
