Inese Nikopensius

Inese Nikopensius has extensive experience in project management and consulting, particularly within the framework of EU funding and cross-border cooperation. Since January 2008, Inese has worked as an Interreg Estonia-Latvia programme consultant at both Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus and Enterprise Estonia. Prior experience includes roles at the Vidzeme Development Agency, where Inese consulted on EU funding opportunities and managed various projects, and the Aluksne District Council, overseeing the INTERREG IIIA project "Cultural Neigbourhood." Inese's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Marketing Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Latvijas Universitate.
