Jacob Nathan

Jacob Nathan is an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional currently serving as an ITSM Consultant at Envestnet, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob held the position of ITSM Lead at Kyndryl India where responsibilities included overseeing service support functions, managing various operational processes, and facilitating client communications through dashboards and regular meetings. Jacob’s career commenced with IBM in major incident management for an automobile client, followed by a significant tenure at Accenture managing processes across multiple projects in the global hotel, resort, oil, and gas industries. Early career experience includes service desk management at HCL Technologies, providing technical support as a Senior Technical Support Executive. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
