Mitchell Eversole

Mitchell is responsible for the oversight of all Talent and Safety aspects across ECI as well as contributing to ECI’s culture in which the employees can thrive. Mitchell, who specializes in running the Talent function for highly regulated industries, began his career in New York City, where he worked for a high-performing network of charter schools. In 2013 he moved into the healthcare industry when he took a position with Genesis Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company and the largest healthcare provider in the country.

The scope of his roles allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources, notably technology integration and strategic talent management. Additionally, he provides high-level expertise in the areas of employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, and government compliance.

He brings with him a passion for putting employees first and living the values that makeup ECI’s strong culture. It is his goal to continue the pursuit of advancement, leveraging innovative solutions that have a company-wide impact and contribute to ECI being a premier employer in the Vegetation Management industry.

Mitchell graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources Management and obtained his Senior Certified Professional via Society of Human Resource Management.
