Brian Haines P.e.

Brian Haines is currently serving as the Principal Engineer and Team Leader at Environmental Science Associates. Prior to this role, Brian worked at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Brian held various positions including Lead Civil Engineer, Acting Chief of the Hydraulic Analysis Section, and Hydraulic Engineer and Project Manager. Brian has a strong background in civil engineering, hydrology, and environmental science, with experience in watershed studies, stream restoration projects, and water quality monitoring. Brian holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Fort Lewis College, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
