Brooke Kavanaugh

Brooke Kavanaugh, PHR has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Brooke joined enVista in 2008 and has held various positions, including Human Capital Assistant, Human Capital Coordinator, Sr. Human Capital Coordinator, Team Lead, and most recently, Human Capital Manager. In their early roles at enVista, Brooke performed tasks such as maintaining employee confidentiality, auditing employee files, creating job descriptions, recording and managing time-off requests, and recruiting and interviewing prospective employees. Prior to joining enVista, Brooke worked at N.I.F.S. as a Front Line Customer Service representative from 2008 to 2011. Brooke also gained experience as an intern at the University of Indianapolis, where they focused on employer relations within the School of Business. Before that, Brooke served as an Administrative Assistant at Keller Advisory Group. Overall, their career trajectory demonstrates their growth and expertise in human resources and administrative roles.

Brooke Kavanaugh, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis - School of Business, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. Brooke further enhanced their credentials by obtaining a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2013.
