Sandra Loughlin

Sandra Loughlin, PhD, serves as the Chief Learning Scientist and Global Head of Talent Enablement & Transformation at EPAM Systems. With a background in learning science and business as faculty at the University of Maryland, Loughlin also held the role of Director for the Office of Transformational Learning. Previous experience includes consulting in education and organizational change and serving as Assistant Director at the Disciplined Reading and Learning Research Laboratory.
