Eeva Koskela

Eeva Koskela is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at Epec Oy since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the growth strategy implementation for manufacturing operations. Previously, Eeva held roles as Sourcing Manager and Purchasing Manager at Epec Oy, focusing on direct and indirect sourcing and systematically developing purchasing processes. Prior experience includes serving as Sourcing Manager at Ruukki Metals Oy, where Eeva managed a significant sourcing spend and production sites across the Nordics and CEE, and as Sourcing Engineer and Development Engineer at Rautaruukki Oyj. Eeva’s career began as an Assistant Teacher at Tampere University of Technology, providing foundational knowledge in industrial management.
