John Carrico

John Carrico, MBA, MS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John currently holds the position of Vice President, Product Management at Epicor Software, where they are responsible for leading product management for four ERP solutions in different verticals. John also oversees Business Intelligence and A.I. initiatives.

Prior to their current role, John worked at Infor, where they held several positions. As Head of Product, Infor Financials & Supply Management and Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite, they developed and implemented the product strategy for a multi-million dollar product suite. John also led the planning and prioritization of product features and functionality for a modern ERP platform. Additionally, they led a successful application UX redesign, created and delivered a new analytics solution, and designed new machine learning use cases.

John also served as the Director of Product Management at Infor, where they led the Product Management teams for Supply Chain and Analytics for Infor CloudSuite ERPs. John demonstrated success in developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying future business opportunities.

Before joining Infor, John worked at Premier, Inc as a Senior Region Director, where they provided consulting services to multiple health systems and hospitals. John implemented performance improvement strategies in areas such as cost reduction and operational, supply chain, and clinical process improvement.

John's earlier experience includes roles at Fairview Health Services, where they served as System Director of Supply Chain Operations and Director of Supply Chain Operations at The University of Minnesota Academic Medical Center. In these positions, they were accountable for overseeing all supply chain activities, budgets, logistics, and inventory management. John also led various projects, including the supply chain design and move-in portion of a new hospital.

John began their career at The Home Depot as a Manager in the Store Leadership Program and the United States Marine Corps as a Captain and Logistics Officer. John also served as a NASA Research Fellow at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

John Carrico, MBA, MS holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. John later pursued a Master of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, finishing it between 1999 and 2001. Afterward, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul from 2011 to 2013.
