Emanuele has also held the position of Head Chef-Instructor at Chefinary International Culinary School from August 2017 to August 2019, and Sous Chef at Merivale between August 2015 and March 2017, contributing to fine dining establishments recognized with prestigious awards. Earlier experience includes Sous Chef at Fink and various Chef De Partie roles in Michelin-starred restaurants, with a strong focus on modern British and Italian cuisines, menu development, and team leadership throughout a progressive career spanning over 16 years in the culinary industry.
