Greg Desderio has extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Greg began their career as a Communications Manager/Communications Specialist at MBNA in 1997. Greg then moved to sanofi-aventis in 2003 as an Executive Sales Professional. In 2010, they joined ISTA Pharmaceuticals as a Territory Manager, which was later acquired by Bausch + Lomb Pharmaceuticals. Greg then became an Ocular Specialty Representative for Bausch + Lomb Pharmaceuticals. In 2013, they joined TearLab Corporation as a Regional Sales Director, where they were promoted to Key Accounts Director in 2018. In 2022, they were appointed Vice President of Business Development at epipole Ltd. Throughout their career, they have achieved several awards, including being named the #1 Area Manager, Key Account Director, or Regional Sales Director in 5 of the 8 years as a sales leader within the organization.
Greg Desderio completed their B.A. in Communications (concentration in Public Relations/Journalism) from the University of Delaware in 1996. Greg then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Wilmington University in 2009.
